He chooses his films very carefully, and his acting always stands out. That is why Telugu filmmakers are keen to bring him on board.
After Pushpa, Fahadh is expected to act in Anil Ravipudi–Venkatesh combo film. In this movie, Venkatesh and Fahadh will play brothers. However, the team has not met Fahadh yet.
There was only a phone call. The makers still have to meet him in person and discuss remuneration and dates.
Meanwhile, talk about Fahadh’s fee is creating buzz in Tollywood.
Industry circles say he may not accept anything less than â¹15 crore. Considering his demand, performance value, and pan-India appeal, many feel he could ask for that amount.
Interestingly, several mid-range Telugu heroes continue to charge â¹10 crore or more despite giving back-to-back flops and weak openings. In that context, many in the industry feel â¹15 crore for Fahadh Faasil sounds reasonable.
Pre-production discussions for the film have already begun. Once things are locked, Anil Ravipudi is expected to complete script work in Visakhapatnam, Araku, and his native places in Prakasam district.
Venkatesh still has time before joining the sets. He is expected to finish his Trivikram film first and take up this project after June.
So, the makers have enough time to calmly wrap up pre-production and finalise everything.
