There is something common between NTR and Pawan Kalyan. Yes, it is about appearing in different getups in public while being politicians.
Just think about Chandrababu Naidu, Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, K. Chandrasekhara Rao, or A. Revanth Reddy. All these Chief Ministers never looked peculiar with weird or out-of-the-box getups in their political lives.
Chandrababu Naidu has always been seen in a monochrome shirt and pants, while YSR was always seen in a white dhoti and white lalchi.
Jagan Mohan Reddy has mostly appeared in normal full-sleeve shirts and normal stitched trousers, and almost the same is the case with Revanth Reddy as well. KCR has consistently appeared in a white shirt and white pants with full sleeves.
But NTR initially appeared in a khaki dress during his 1983 campaign, then as a sanyasi with a tonsured head.
Immediately after that, he changed to a Swami Vivekananda getup, and later shifted to a white dhoti and lalchi with a kanduva after marrying Lakshmi Parvathi, continuing with that look thereafter.
Many such variations are also seen in Pawan Kalyan. Looking back, he appeared in a Muslim getup, then as a devoted Christian in a church, later as a Sanatana Dharma parirakshak in orange-colored attire, sometimes as a swamiji with a long beard, sometimes with a vertical tilakam and Brahminical dhoti-clad, for some time continuing his OG movie look, sometimes in a normal white lalchi-pyjama, and recently as a Sikh with a pagdi.
These looks keep continuing and appear to be unending.
