Rashmika Mandanna celebrated her 30th birthday on April 5 in the warm company of her loved ones, making it a deeply personal and memorable occasion.
The celebration came shortly after her much-talked-about wedding with Vijay Deverakonda in Udaipur on February 26, marking their first visit to her hometown as a married couple.
The highlight of the celebrations was a special surprise from her father, Madan Mandanna, who gifted her a beautiful bungalow named “Serenity” near Virajpet in Karnataka’s Kodagu district.
More than just a luxurious property, the bungalow is said to be a peaceful retreat where the actress can unwind away from the spotlight.
Sharing glimpses of her birthday on Instagram, Rashmika described the day as “different this time.”
She revisited her roots by returning home, visiting the temple she grew up going to, and stopping by her school to relive childhood memories, even if briefly.
She also spent quality time with family, cutting a cake with those closest to her and hosting a small dinner for relatives who couldn’t attend her wedding.
The couple reportedly visited the Sri Igguthappa Temple in Padi and later held a private reception in her hometown on April 5 and 6, following traditional Kodava customs.
Dressed in ethnic Kodava attire, Rashmika embraced her cultural roots during the celebrations.
Her family added a thoughtful touch by distributing sweets to locals and announcing scholarships for deserving students in the area.
The actress also caught up with her close friends and visited her alma mater, Coorg Public School in Gonikoppal, posing for pictures and reminiscing about her early days.
Reflecting on the experience, Rashmika shared that moments like these remind her that everything in life happens for a reason; making the journey all the more meaningful.
