10-Bed-ICU Units in government Hospitals of AP

Nirmaan, a non-profit organisation has came up with a unique and much-needed solution to assist the penurious underprivileged people of Andhra Pradesh.

The idea to set up permanent ’10-BED-ICU Units’ in all the government hospitals of the state is in sync with Hon’ble Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s unwavering commitment towards providing inclusive, equitable and quality healthcare to all, especially the poor who have been hit the hardest during this pandemic.

The Head of Operations of Nirmaan, Shri. Srikanth Nathamuni in collaboration with Shri. Vinod Khosla, Founder Partner of Kohsla Ventures are the brains behind this generous initiative. The same project was launched in Telangana today (June 5, 2021) at the hands of Shri. KT Ramarao. This initiative, which is being brought to life with extended help from the Government of AP and other well-known sponsors, is scheduled to launch soon in AP.

On behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Member of Parliament from Eluru Shri. Kotagiri Sridhar and the AP Government Representative for North America Shri. Rathnakar Pandugayala have taken upon themselves to identify, invite, motivate and coordinate with donors for this noble cause. Readmore!

Each of these designated ICU units will be named after the donor, as agreed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, which has also appointed Shr. Arja Srikanth as the officer in charge for implementing this initiative successfully in the state. This initiative will tremendously reduce the burden on District hospitals by equipping government hospitals in the rural areas with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

We urge you to donate to this cause and help the state in this unprecedented crisis of COVID-19. Interested donors can reach out to Nirmaan or check the link below:
