Aamir Khan starrer 'Laal Singh Chaddha' has earned Rs 11.5 crore from advance booking, whereas Akshay Kumar's 'Raksha Bandhan' has managed to collect around Rs 4.5 crore so far, according to a report.
While 'Laal Singh Chaddha' is releasing on approximately 4000 screens, 'Raksha Bandhan' has got around 4200 screens, the report stated.
The advances are pretty much on the expected lines though the industry would have probably been expecting much better for Laal Singh Chaddha as Aamir Khan is an advance star and his films did take good advances earlier with films.
Both films are set to release on August 11.
