The poster war between the Sankranthi movies is still on. Team Sarileru Neekevvaru is still making tall claims despite falling behind Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo by a mile in terms of box office returns.
Sarileru Neekevvaru Rs. 200 Cr poster was a joke and Ala Vaikunthapurramulo's latest poster with Rs. 220 Cr number is a bigger joke.
They even claim that the film's distributor share has gone past Rs. 140 Cr to set a new Non-Baahubali record.
AVPL is still going strong, but claiming that it has collected Rs.40 Cr gross in two days is beyond ridiculous.
This whole excersie is being orchestrated by Allu Arjun's personal team, according to the buzz.
While Haarika Hassine Creations is staying away from this records circus, these posters are coming out from Geetha Arts official twitter handle.
Sarileru Neekevvaru has already become a joke as most of the fans also realized that those were fake numbers.
Why to report fake numbers for a genuine blockbuster like Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. A poster claim wouldn't pass off as a record.
Anil Sunkara's claims of beating Magadheera and Mahesh Babu's "It's Official" tweets during Dookudu didn't help that film to be recognized as an industry hit. Same is the case with Sarileru Neekevvaru too.
It is better to stop this nonsense at least now as AVPL has an unassailable lead and has been crowned as the Sankranthi Winner.
